Information we collect is solely for the purpose of our business dealings with you. We will keep your name and contact information on file, for this purpose only. We will not release, sell or give away your personal information or email address to any other party.
Shipping cost is calculated by USPS Rates. Smaller orders will ship within 48 hours. On large orders, we ask that you always plan your events early and place your orders in advance. All soaps are made when order is placed. We do not have a shelf life on our soaps or candles. If for some reason your order is delayed, you will be notified by e-mail or phone.
We take great pride in our shipping but we are unable to accept returns of our products once they leave our facility. We would not be able to sell them to another customer and still guarantee purity of our products.
If our products are defective in some way due to damage sustained in shipping, please call us so we can make arrangements for return. Return shipping cost is sole responsibility of buyer. Be sure to always inspect the packages at the time of receipt. If we do need to authorize a return for a damaged order, please make sure the items are packed in the original manner so more damage does not occur.
